Gerry Raubach

Gerry Raubach
President


Gerry has 32 years of experience in all phases of manufacturing. During his career, Gerry has held positions of responsibility over engineering, drafting, materials planning, purchasing, production control, quality assurance and manufacturing. He was vice president of operations for a multi-plant manufacturing company before founding Industrial Solutions in 1997. He has been directly involved in successfully implementing Lean Manufacturing, “just-in-time” production, pull systems, ISO-9000 certification and self-directed work teams in a variety of manufacturing operations. He has conducted hundreds of seminars and workshops dealing with lean manufacturing, administration, management and supervision, communication skills and problem solving techniques. He holds master’s degrees in engineering and business administration from Cornell University in Ithaca , New York.



Jack Reeder

Jack Reeder

Jack Reeder has conducted hundreds of training classes at the basic and advanced levels covering all facets of lean techniques. He has helped numerous Oklahoma companies with applications of lean techniques through on-site training and rapid improvement events. Jack has enjoyed a varied career in manufacturing since receiving his Mechanical Engineering degree from Oklahoma State in 1975. He has broad experience in process improvements through tool and special machine design, cellular layouts, flow systems, defect reduction, processing waste elimination, and workplace organization. He is a Registered Professional Engineer, and has extensive product and process design experience in assignments with Halliburton, Mercury Marine, and several other Oklahoma manufacturers.


Colin Reed

Colin Reed

Colin Reed has worked in manufacturing since 1993. He started his lean journey working with the Japanese firm, Shingijutsu, when he was a Lean Manufacturing Project Manager at Boeing in Everett, WA. He has also been a Lean Manufacturing Engineer with StairMaster in Tulsa, OK, and a Transportation Officer in the Army Reserves.

Colin has managed cross-functional teams to implement Lean, and has a balanced background in Project Management, Supervision, Employee Training, and direct shop floor implementation. He has facilitated dozens of Kaizen events, as well as provided training and guidance to production crews, salaried personnel and management in Lean concepts such as Standard Work, VSM, One Piece Flow, TPM, One Touch Assembly, Point of Use Delivery, Distribution & Retrieval Systems, Production Controls, Process Improvements, and Workplace Organization (5-S).

Colin holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering Technology, from the University of Dayton, Dayton, OH.


Dennis Cramer

Dennis Cramer

Dennis Cramer
has over 30 years of experience in the aerospace industry. He has a broad background in both manufacturing and maintenance. His work history covers a range of disciplines including Q. A. (as a CASE auditor), Purchasing (negotiating both domestic and foreign contracts) and Production Management. His extensive experience in production management in this very competitive industry gives him the “in the trenches experience” companies appreciate. He excelled in motivating teams and coaching/counseling employees to higher levels of performance. Dennis was recognized many times for his ability to achieve record production levels in organizations that were failing. 

Dennis holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics from Oklahoma State University, Stillwater, Ok.

Dennis spent 20 years with American Airlines and the last few years were dedicated to leading the Lean Conversion in CAM (Components & Avionics) an organization of about 1,200 people. He not only lead more events then any other organization at AA worldwide, but reported more dollar savings as well. While in this role he also participated in projects at both Boeing and Pratt & Whitney under the guidance of several Japanese Sensei. Dennis is a proven leader with a focus on results.

Since leaving American Airlines, Dennis has taught certification classes and lead many Lean Conversion Events in a wide variety of businesses, both large and small.
