ISI History

Industrial Solutions, Inc., was established in 1997. Our founder, Gerry Raubach, had spent 24 years leading various companies through different stages of transformation and innovation. Responding to a need in the market for practical and effective process improvement services, Industrial Solutions began offering a complete package of services to help companies improve performance. ISI has built a solid foundation of experience in the application of modern manufacturing methods. In particular, we have focused on helping companies implement the principles of Lean Manufacturing.

Since 1998, ISI has trained over 13,000 people in 430 unique companies. We have engaged in comprehensive implementation programs with over 60 companies in a wide range of industries. Beginning in 2003, we established the Productivity Sciences Institute which conducts the Lean Implementer Certification Program.

The Southwestern Lean Summit Conference was initiated in Tulsa as an annual conference in 2004 to bring together lean practitioners to share experiences and spread the word about Lean Manufacturing.
